To evaluate the data, a connection can be established using the humidity 15000-600 device. Alternatively, the data can be evaluated using the ZiF contacting. The contact surfaces are provided with oxidation protection. The specified data refers to the use of the sensor in combination with the device humidity 15000-600. Foil carrier is made of transparent PET material with a printed insulation. A connection between sensor and measurement electronics can be established via our Device Pressure D-200 or ZiF-connector. Contact pads are covered with an oxidation protection. The data given refers to the use of the sensor in combination with the Device Pressure D-200.
